Janine Zaccagnino, APRN-BC

With a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University, Janine Zaccagnino has been a member of Dr. Ramos’ team for many years. Working under his guidance, Janine conducts clinical assessments, coordinates patient care, and assists with procedures performed by Dr. Ramos.

Janine brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked extensively with geriatric patients, as well as serving as a nurse leader for a Neuroscience/Stroke Program at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Her expertise in interventional pain medicine complements her skills as a caregiver, making her an invaluable member of the Ramos Center team.

Danny V. Delgado, PA-C

Danny Delgado practiced medicine in Ecuador for several years before moving to the United States. He then earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Texas Pan-American in Edinburg, Texas. Upon completion of his degree, he took the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE) and achieved the highest score in the country.

As a Physician Assistant, Mr. Delgado will provide clinical assessments, care, and coordination of procedures to be performed by Dr. Ramos.

Chad Henderson, APRN-BC

Chad has a diverse background in the medical field, having worked in the Emergency Department, Gastroenterology, and Orthopedic Spinal Surgery. He previously served on active duty in the United States Air Force, where he was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Since 2017, Chad has focused on providing highly precise joint injections for pain management, and has successfully administered over 500 injections to patients at the Ramos Center.

 

Yuliya (Julie) Paritskaya, PA

 Julie graduated with Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies along with Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies from Touro University in New York City in 2010, preceded by obtaining Bachelor’s degree of science in Psychology from Stony Brook University on Long Island, New York.
After graduating, she went into the field of emergency medicine at a Level 1 Trauma Center in New York.  After working in emergency medicine, Julie began a 10 year in Pain Management at well-known and highly rated clinics in Brooklyn.
Julie strongly believes in a personalized approach to treating patients and treats them as “a whole”, unique individual, and not just as “a body part that hurts.” She believes in developing solid and trusting patient-provider bond with every patient she encounters.
Julie also enjoys educating peers and patients on their conditions, explaining treatment plans in detail and actively involving them in understanding the sources of their pain.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and exploring the world around her with her two daughters and poochon named Jessy. She loves the outdoors and likes to capture lifestyle and nature photography. She enjoys sunsets, traveling, and hopes to visit and explore every country in the world. She is originally from Belarus and is fluent in Russian.
Julie is thrilled to begin a new chapter of her life in Florida with the Ramos Center family, and can’t wait to bring her medical expertise, clinical skills, and positive energy to the patients in the community.

Elena Stadelman, APRN

Elena is a caring and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in interventional pain management. With a nursing career spanning close to 20 years, Elena has extensive experience in both the hospital and clinical settings. She is a Cum Laude  MSN Graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Since relocating from New Jersey to Florida in 2018, she has had the privilege of working closely with individuals seeking pain relief and improvement in their quality of life.

Elena has a thorough understanding of interventional procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and neuromodulation techniques. Applying evidence-based practice, Elena develops tailored treatment plans that combine interventional procedures, medication management, physical therapy, and other non-pharmacological approaches. She is passionate about patient education and believes in empowering individuals to actively participate in their pain management journey.

Elena enjoys cooking and spending time at the beach with her 3 children and their puppy, Finn.

Alexa Nappi, PA

Alexa Nappi earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019 and has since developed a wealth of expertise in Pain Management and emergency medicine. With a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence, Alexa will be joining the Ramos Center team on December 1, 2024, where she will provide compassionate and skilled care to our patients in Sarasota.

 

 

Gina Sussi, APRN-BC

Gina brings an impressive background in pain management to the Ramos Center, with over 22 years of experience in the field. Her journey began at Stonybrook University in Long Island, New York, and she honed her skills at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where she was part of the Acute Pain Service Team. Following her tenure there, Gina took on a leadership role at Good Samaritan Hospital in Long Island, heading their Acute Pain Services.
Her career path eventually led her to Florida, where she joined the Ramos Center last year. Gina’s expertise enriches the practice, ensuring high-quality care for patients dealing with pain. Beyond her professional qualifications, Gina is known for her warm and friendly approach, which fosters a compassionate atmosphere in patient care.
Outside of work, Gina embraces the Florida lifestyle, enjoying activities such as biking, walking, and spending time with friends. Her move to Florida not only brought her closer to family but also allowed her to indulge in the state’s beautiful weather—a testament to her holistic approach to life and work balance.

Katiuska Ramos, CCH, NLP

Katiuska M. Ramos is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, and a member of the International Association of Hypnotherapists. She received her training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and has extensive education and practice in the field of hypnosis. Her training includes Clinical Hypnotherapy, Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, Trans-Personal Hypnotherapy, and NLP. In addition, she studied with Dr. Richard Bandler, a co-developer of Neuro-Linguistic Techniques, to become a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Combining NLP and Hypnotherapy, Katiuska provides a powerful approach to help individuals experience positive life transformations and harness the power of their subconscious mind. She is highly motivated to stay current with the latest techniques and advances in hypnotherapy, and continuously pursues ongoing education.

Katiuska, along with her husband and three children, has been a resident of Sarasota since 2000. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and provides hypnotherapy services in both languages in the Bradenton and Sarasota areas. Her natural compassion and genuine desire to help others are the driving forces behind her hypnotherapy practice. Her main objective is always to assist individuals in achieving greater health and happiness through hypnosis.

 

 

Michael Reeves, PT

We are happy to welcome Michael Reeves, PT, as our new Director of Physical Therapy.

Michael brings a wealth of clinical and leadership experience, with a strong background in outpatient orthopedic care, senior and degenerative diagnosis, sports medicine, and program development. His career spans roles at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Athlete Pro Sports Medicine, where he treated a wide range of patients from adolescents to adults, including professional athletes. Taylor Angel, PTA

Taylor is a Florida native from the Palmetto area who recently moved to Bradenton. She graduated from State College of Florida in 2021, and began her career in physical therapy working in orthopedics. In high school, Taylor did research on physical therapy as a career and fell in love with the profession and the idea of helping make a difference in peoples’ lives. In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Ash. She loves the outdoors, boating, going to the beach and reading a good book. Taylor has a very bubbly personality an

d loves to add a little laughter to her physical therapy treatments to make her patients feel more comfortable and help lessen their pain.
