Janine Zaccagnino holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University. A long-standing member of Dr. Ramos' team, Janine conducts clinical assessments, coordinates patient care, and assists with procedures performed by Dr. Ramos.

Janine brings a wealth of experience to the practice, having worked extensively with geriatric patients and served as a nurse leader for the Neuroscience/Stroke Program at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Her deep expertise in interventional pain medicine, combined with her compassionate approach to caregiving, make her an invaluable member of the Ramos Center team.

Chad Henderson brings a diverse medical background to the Ramos Center, with experience spanning the Emergency Department, Gastroenterology, and Orthopedic Spinal Surgery. He previously served on active duty in the United States Air Force, where he was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Since 2017, Chad has focused exclusively on providing highly precise joint injections for pain management. He has successfully administered over 500 injections to patients at the Ramos Center, bringing skill, precision, and genuine care to every patient interaction.

Elena Stadelman is a caring and dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in interventional pain management. With a nursing career spanning nearly 20 years in both hospital and clinical settings, Elena is a Cum Laude MSN graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Since relocating from New Jersey to Florida in 2018, she has dedicated herself to helping individuals find meaningful pain relief and improved quality of life.

Elena has a thorough understanding of interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and neuromodulation techniques. Applying evidence-based practice, she develops tailored treatment plans that combine interventional procedures, medication management, physical therapy, and non-pharmacological approaches. Elena is passionate about patient education and believes deeply in empowering individuals to actively participate in their own pain management journey.

Gina Sussi brings an impressive background in pain management to the Ramos Center, with over 22 years of experience in the field. Her journey began at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York, and she honed her skills at Memorial Sloan Kettering as a member of their Acute Pain Service Team. She subsequently took on a leadership role at Good Samaritan Hospital in Long Island, heading their Acute Pain Services department.

Gina's clinical expertise enriches the practice and ensures high-quality care for patients dealing with complex pain conditions. She is equally well known for her warm and approachable manner, which creates a compassionate atmosphere for every patient she treats. Outside of work, Gina embraces the Florida lifestyle — biking, walking, and spending time with family and friends.

Danny Delgado practiced medicine in Ecuador for several years before moving to the United States, bringing valuable international clinical experience to his role. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Pan-American in Edinburg, Texas. Upon completing his degree, he sat for the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE) and achieved the highest score in the country.

As a Physician Assistant at the Ramos Center, Mr. Delgado provides clinical assessments, coordinates patient care, and assists with procedures performed by our physicians — bringing precision, dedication, and international perspective to every patient encounter.

Katiuska M. Ramos is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, and a member of the International Association of Hypnotherapists. She received her training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, with extensive education spanning Clinical Hypnotherapy, Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, Trans-Personal Hypnotherapy, and NLP. She also studied with Dr. Richard Bandler, co-developer of Neuro-Linguistic Techniques.

Combining NLP and Hypnotherapy, Katiuska provides a powerful approach to help individuals experience positive life transformations and harness the power of their subconscious mind. She is highly motivated to stay current with the latest techniques and advances in hypnotherapy through continuous education.

Katiuska has been a resident of Sarasota since 2000 and is fluent in both English and Spanish, providing hypnotherapy services in both languages at our Bradenton and Sarasota locations. Through her transformational blend of EFT tapping and hypnosis, Jennie guides clients in releasing fear, stress, and anxiety — empowering them with practical tools to better understand their own minds, build on their inner resources, and create profound long-term shifts in their lives.

Jennie's work aligns closely with her personal mission to change the way we talk about mental health. As a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor through the National Council on Wellness, she believes education and awareness are essential to reducing stigma and fostering true mental well-being. Both tapping and hypnosis help clients access the deep subconscious patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — unlocking new pathways to healing and growth.

Michael Reeves, PT, serves as the Director of Physical Therapy at the Ramos Center. He brings a wealth of clinical and leadership experience, with a strong background in outpatient orthopedic care, senior and degenerative diagnoses, sports medicine, and program development.

Michael's career spans roles at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Athlete Pro Sports Medicine, where he treated a wide range of patients — from adolescents to adults, including professional athletes. His broad clinical expertise and leadership experience make him an outstanding addition to the Ramos Center team, and we are proud to have him leading our physical therapy program.
