Lindsay N. Shroyer, M.D.

Dr. Lindsay Shroyer is originally from Cincinnati, OH, and completed her higher education at the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Shroyer completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, where she was chief resident from 2007-2011. After her residency, she pursued an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where she was the chief fellow. Dr. Shroyer is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Following her training, she served as voluntary faculty at the University of South Florida, teaching fellows in the pain medicine program for three years.

Dr. Shroyer utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to treat various chronic pain conditions, including neck and back pain, arthritis, neuropathy, joint pain, cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, vertebral compression fractures, and sacroilitis. Her background as a physiatrist makes her passionate about helping patients regain function, whether it’s returning to work or returning to play. Dr. Shroyer is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends medical conferences to learn new techniques for treating chronic pain.

Since 2018, Dr. Shroyer has been practicing on the gulf coast of Florida, providing comprehensive care to chronic pain patients. She is excited to join the Ramos Center family of providers, bringing her experience and expertise to continue providing quality care to patients in the community. In her free time, Dr. Shroyer enjoys spending time on the water with her family.

John J. D’Auria, M.D.

Dr. D’Auria is a highly experienced Interventional Pain Medicine specialist with an impressive educational background. He completed his medical school education at the University of Pennsylvania and his Anesthesiology residency at the Harvard University program at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA, as well as the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, MA. He also completed his Internship at Harvard University at the Waltham Hospital.

Dr. D’Auria completed his Fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. With over 20 years of experience in the field of Interventional Pain Medicine, Dr. D’Auria has received multiple accolades for his work. He was recognized with the Ten Years of Service Award from the Department of Veterans Affairs and served as the Anesthesiology Section Chief in Cincinnati and Lake City VAMC’s.

Dr. D’Auria graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH, where he completed his undergraduate studies. He holds board certifications from the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Board of Pain Medicine, and American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. D’Auria’s extensive education and experience make him a valuable asset to the Ramos Center for Interventional and Functional Pain Medicine.
