Fabian A. Ramos, M.D.

Dr. Fabian A. Ramos, FIPP, DABA, DABIPP, DABPM, is a highly accomplished pain management specialist with an impressive background. He completed his pre-Anesthesia and Pain Management internship at Emory University’s Department of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Atlanta, GA, and went on to complete his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, FL, where he was recognized as the “Best Graduate.”

Dr. Ramos holds triple board certifications from the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Board of Pain Medicine, and American Board of Anesthesiology, ranking in the 99th percentile nationwide. He founded the Ramos Center for Interventional and Functional Pain Medicine in Bradenton, FL, in 2000, where he and his team provide state-of-the-art interventional treatment options for chronic pain sufferers. In recognition of his significant contributions to the field, he was included in Castle Connolly Ltd.’s prestigious Top Doctor Database in 2019.

Dr. Ramos is committed to creating a safer and healthier environment for local chronic pain residents by focusing on alternative strategies to address chronic pain and taking a conservative approach to pharmaceuticals. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his efforts, including the 2018 Champion of Prevention in Healthcare Award from Drug Free Manatee and the 2018 Community Health Advocacy Award from the Sarasota Medical Alliance Foundation & Society.

In addition to expanding his practice to Sarasota and Venice, FL, Dr. Ramos has been recognized for his willingness to share his knowledge and insight regarding controlled substance prescribing with local physicians and pharmacists. His efforts have contributed to the reduction of opioid overdoses in the community. Dr. Ramos continues to lead the specialty of Pain Medicine within the community through his steadfast focus, continued educational efforts, research advancements, utilization of cutting-edge equipment, and innovative procedures.

Cary Veith

Chief Executive Officer

With more than 30 years of business experience under his belt, Dr. Cary Veith is a valuable asset to the Ramos Center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions such as Vice President of Dupont Digital Printing, where he tripled pre-tax operating income year over year. Most recently, he was the CEO of a private chemical products distribution and manufacturing company in Sarasota, where he grew turnover by 9 million and expanded the brand by adding two new businesses.

As the first Chief Executive Officer of the Ramos Center, Cary is proud to be part of the team and excited to bring the center’s vision and superior level of care to more patients in need. When he’s not at work, Cary enjoys spending time with his family and improving his golf game.

Tara Glenn

Executive Vice President

From her early years in Cass City, Michigan, Tara Glenn had a strong desire to work in healthcare. She eventually moved to Bradenton, Florida in 2007, where she obtained her Associates Degree in Science, Certificate of Medical Assisting, and Bachelor of Arts in Health Service Administration from Keiser University. With more than a decade of experience in both clinical and administrative healthcare roles, Tara joined the Ramos Center in 2011 as a medical assistant. Her hard work and dedication led to rapid promotions, and she eventually became the Practice Administrator on the executive team for 9 locations during the last several years. Today she serves as the Executive VP of XPANDMED Services, LLC and board member of Ramos Center.

Daniel Hernandez

VP, Operations

Daniel Hernandez is a compassionate and proactive leader with a rich background in healthcare, recently promoted to Vice President of Operations for The Ramos Center. Hailing from Bradenton, FL, Daniel’s unwavering commitment to healthcare and aiding others has been evident throughout his 10+ year career.

His journey in healthcare commenced in 2011 as a Medical Assistant, where he diligently assisted physicians in clinical settings, fostering a deep appreciation for patient care. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Keiser University. Daniel combines academic excellence with hands-on experience.

Daniel’s leadership prowess was exemplified during his tenure as the Practice Administrator at Manatee Physician Alliance, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. In this role, he effectively managed operations, significantly contributing to heightened office and patient satisfaction and the overall growth of the offices.

Since assuming the role of Director of Regional Operations at The Ramos Center in 2021, Daniel has been a driving force behind numerous successes, ultimately earning him a promotion to Vice President of Operations
