Bradenton, FL – January 31st, 2022 – Joshua Beasley, a Nationally Certified Physician’s Assistant, has joined the comprehensive and diverse team of advanced practicing providers at the Ramos Center for Interventional & Functional Pain Medicine to kick off 2022. Beasley will be treating patients at the Ramos Center’s Sarasota and Port Charlotte locations.
Beasley obtained his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida in 2012 before attending the School for Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, FL. Upon graduating from PA School in 2015, he began his career in Infectious Disease, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic infections in outpatient and inpatient settings. He later specialized in Orthopedic conditions before developing a focus on Interventional Pain Medicine during the past four years in Venice, FL. Beasley’s diverse experience has given him a passion for treating the senior community, specifically those who suffer from chronic pain. He finds building rapport with patients the most rewarding aspect of his career, saying, “I am encouraged and inspired by seeing their improvements while helping them on their journey back to functionality and improving their quality of life.”

The Ramos Center for Interventional and Functional Pain Medicine was founded over 22 years ago by Dr. Fabian A. Ramos, DABA, DABPM, DABIPP, FIPP. Since opening its Bradenton doors in January of 2000, the center has been offering a wide range of state-of-the-art treatment options to relieve patients’ chronic pain, including Medical and Interventional procedures, Cognitive Behavioral and Hypnotherapy, and Physical Therapy. In 2005, the Ramos Center opened a second office location in Sarasota, FL, followed by a third office location in Venice, FL in January of 2019. In 2021, the center expanded further into Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Dunedin, FL. At the end of Q1 2022, the Ramos Center plans to open their seventh office on Central Ave in St. Petersburg.
